How do you ensure the cookies arrive fresh?
We bake our cookies to order and heat-seal them in individual food-grade packaging immediately after cooling. We use expedited shipping to ensure they arrive at your door with that bakery-fresh texture.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes! We have a dedicated line of both gluten-free and vegan giant cookies. Please note that while we follow strict cleaning protocols, all cookies are prepared in a facility that also handles wheat, dairy, and nuts.
What is the shelf life of the cookies?
Our cookies stay fresh in their sealed packaging for up to 10 days. For the best experience, we recommend warming them in the microwave for 15-20 seconds or in a 350°F oven for 2-3 minutes.
Can I freeze my cookies for later?
Absolutely! Our cookies freeze beautifully for up to 3 months. Simply keep them in their original airtight seal and thaw at room temperature when you're ready for a treat.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
